1. Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale
3. How to Initiate a Return

We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
